WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE DINING WITH US
• We are no longer accepting cash for sales at Singular Concepts venues, starting from March 1st.
* Performance Styles: We are a live music venue dedicated to the vibrant sounds of New Orleans. Our bands start with classic jazz in the first set, followed by upbeat pop, soul, top hits, and blues in the second and third sets. While we pay homage to jazz in the first set, please note that the subsequent sets will feature a different musical focus.
• Table Reservation: Your table will be reserved for 1.5 hours from the time of seating. After this time, we kindly request that you relinquish the table to accommodate other guests.
• Longer Reservation: If you would like a 3 hour seating time, please do put this in your booking notes for our reservations team to confirm with you. For a 3 hour seating time, we require a $500 per person minimum spend.
• Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period, but it does not entitle you to extend your table reservation seating time. If you anticipate being late, please give us a call, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
• Credit Card Hold: For bookings during performance times (8:30-12am), we require a $200 credit card hold per person . This amount will be charged in the event of a no-show or if the reservation is canceled within 24 hours.
• Minimum Requirement: A minimum of 300 HKD per head spend on food & beverage per person for 1.5 hour seating is required, if the minimum is not met the remainder will be charged as "entertainment fee" on your bill. For a 3 hour seating (only upon request) a minimum of 500 HKD per spend on food & beverage is required.
• Performance Times: Currently, performances are scheduled on Wednesday & Thursday, from 8:30pm to 11:30pm, and on Friday & Saturday, from 8:45pm to 12:00am. Do bare with us as shows sometimes start a few minutes late due to sound check.
