Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you’re unable to make your reservation, please cancel or let us know as early as possible so we can make the table available to other guests.

Reservations for 1-5 Guests

No credit card guarantee is required. If your plans change, we kindly ask that you cancel your reservation or contact us as soon as possible.

Group Reservations of 6 Guests or More

A credit card guarantee of HKD 150 per guest is required to secure the reservation. This is not a deposit and no charge will be made at the time of booking.

Cancellations or changes made at least 24 hours before the reservation will not incur any charge.

For cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation, or in the event of a no-show, TIENMO reserves the right to charge HKD 150 per guest to the card provided.

If you are running late, please contact us. Tables may be released if we are unable to reach you after your reservation time.
