What to know before dining with us
To provide the best possible dining experience for all our guests, please review the following Reservation Guidelines before your visit.
GRACE PERIOD (TABLE HOLDING TIME)
Reserved tables will be held for up to 30 minutes from the scheduled reservation time. Should guests fail to arrive within this period, the table may be released to other diners without prior notice.
DELAYED GUEST ARRIVAL
Guests arriving after the 30-minute grace period will be seated subject to availability. Seating cannot be guaranteed once the reservation has been released.
AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATION
Please inform us in advance of any changes or cancellations so we can manage reservations properly and accommodate other guests.
WALK-IN GUEST
Walk-in guests are accommodated based on seat availability and are served on a first-come, first-served basis. Queueing for walk-in guests begins at 11:00 AM for lunch and 3:00 PM for dinner.
PET POLICY
We love to have your fur babies in our branch. However, for the meantime, we will not be able to accommodate any fur baby inside our establishment as advised by the mall.
BIG GROUP RESERVATION AND GUARANTEED POLICY
A 50% down payment is required for guaranteed 20–99 pax, while a 75% down payment is required for groups of 100 pax and above guaranteed.
This is a guaranteed headcount policy. Charges will still apply based on the original reserved number of guests, even if fewer guests arrive.
