What to know before dining with us
To provide the best possible dining experience for all our guests, please review the following Reservation Guidelines before your visit.
Table Holding Time
Reserved tables will be held for up to 30 minutes from the scheduled reservation time. Should guests fail to arrive within this period, the table may be released to other diners without prior notice.
Late Arrivals
Guest arriving after the 30 minutes holding time will be accommodated as waiting list based on the table availability. We are unable to guarantee seating once the reservation is cancelled and the table has already released to our waiting guest.
Modifications & Cancellations
We kindly request that guests notify us in advance for any changes or cancellations. Doing so allows us to better manage our reservations and extend the opportunity to other guests.
Large Group Bookings (20 Pax & Above)
A 50% down payment is required for reservations of 20 to 99 paying guests and 75% down payment for 100 and above paying guest. And we highly suggest to call the branch or to drop by for the terms and conditions before settling the down payment.
General Notes
Reservations are made to enhance your overall dining experience; however, seating remains subject to availability and operational requirements. The restaurant reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
