To provide the best possible dining experience for all our guests, please review the following Reservation Guidelines before your visit.
Table Holding Time
Reserved tables will be held for up to 30 minutes from the scheduled reservation time. Should guests fail to arrive within this period, the table may be released to other diners without prior notice.
Late Arrivals
Guests arriving after the 30-minute grace period will be accommodated based on table availability. While we will make every effort to seat late arrivals, we are unable to guarantee seating once a table has been released.
Modifications & Cancellations
We kindly request that guests notify us in advance of any changes or cancellations. Doing so allows us to better manage our reservations and extend the opportunity to other guests.
Large Group Bookings (20 Pax & Above)
A 50% deposit is required to secure all reservations of 20 guests or more. Full payment of the deposit is expected within 48 hours of the booking confirmation. Failure to complete payment within this period may result in the reservation being released.
General Notes
Reservations are made to enhance your overall dining experience; however, seating remains subject to availability and operational requirements. The restaurant reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
