Cancellation Policy
Reservation Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To ensure we can accommodate as many guests as possible and maintain the quality of our service, Vincenzo Capuano operates under the following cancellation terms:
Cancellation Window: We kindly ask for at least 12 to 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or significant changes to your party size.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
Cancellations made within the restricted window (less than 12 hours before the reservation) may be subject to a cancellation fee.
In some locations, this fee is approximately $100 per person depending on whether the booking is for lunch or dinner.
Large Groups: For parties of 6 or more, a 72-hour cancellation window may apply. Failure to notify the restaurant within this timeframe may result in the full cancellation fee being charged to the card on file.
Partial Attendance: Please notify us if your party size decreases. Arriving with significantly fewer guests than booked without prior notice may be treated as a partial late cancellation.
How to Cancel: Reservations should be cancelled via your original booking confirmation link or by calling the restaurant directly during operating hours.
