If there is anything we can prepare prior to or during your visit to make your dining experience even more enjoyable; or if you wish to reschedule or alas cancel, kindly contact us and we will be glad to accommodate your request.
The table will be held for 15 minutes. If you are running late, please give us a call at +852 2129 0338. We will do our best to accommodate you at the next available table, but may need to offer an abbreviated dining experience in order to honour the subsequent reservations of the table.
Kindly understand that our regular dining hour policy is 2 hours for table.
Please be informed that we have a dress code of smart casual in the restaurant. For gentlemen, please refrain from wearing shorts, vest, sandals or slippers.

Cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to the original reservation time. In case of late cancellation or failure to honor the reservation, a charge of $200 per person will incur on credit card provided to confirm the reservation. The cancellation policy is applicable immediately for reservations made within 48 hours. We look forward to welcome you at Zoku.
