OUR RULES AND REGULATIONS

• All customers are required to present a valid passport or ID for verification upon request. 
• Bring-in alcohol and food are not permitted.
• Please inform us of any food allergies at the time of booking.
• Photographer is not permitted.
• Video and photography with cameras and tripods are prohibited except for mobile phone cameras.
• Flip flops and Birkenstock are not permitted.
• Short, gym, and beachwear are not permitted.
• All kinds of animals and pets are not permitted.
• All kinds of balloons are not permitted.
• The deposit is non-refundable. Kindly contact us to amend your reservation if there are any changes to your travel plan.
• Children under 20 years old are not permitted to enter after 10:45 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
• The use or possession of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.

During the rainy season, our live entertainment takes place indoors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for your evening. Whether you’re joining us for dinner, drinks, or a special occasion, enjoy live performances in the comfort of our indoor venue while experiencing the unique ambiance of Lamaya Bangkok.

Due to the rainy season, our Live Fire Show Performance will be temporarily suspended for 4 months, from June through September 2026.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding, our team looks forward to welcoming you and making your evening at Lamaya Bangkok comfortable, enjoyable and memorable. 

Minimum Spend:
Afternoon: 500 Baht
Dinner - Night: 1,000 Baht

Cancellation Policy

To secure your reservation, we require a credit card hold. This is not a deposit and you will not be charged unless you do not show up, in that case a fee of 500 THB (Afternoon)  1,000 THB (Dinner) /person applies.
